The seaside house, serving as a country retreat, is ideal for a couple seeking privacy and relaxation away from noise.

The vacation seaside house is just one meter from the sea in the small cove of Skinopi. Upon entering the space, we notice the courtyard paved with stone tiles, which features a sitting area with a television where you can enjoy your breakfast, sun loungers with umbrellas for sunbathing, and a shower for your bathing needs. The interior and exterior parts of the house are separated by a large glass door, allowing you to enjoy the view from any point of the house.

The interior of the house is a single space consisting of a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. As we enter the space, we notice a double bed with a sitting area for computer use, equipped with a television and air conditioning. In the background, we see the kitchen along with a small dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a mini oven, an electric hob, an electric kettle, an espresso machine, a toaster, as well as the necessary cooking utensils you will need for cooking. At the back of the house, there is the bathroom tiled with granite, where you will find body and face towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, hand cream, and a hairdryer. The house has 2 large built-in closets to store your belongings, as well as a safe deposit box.

The use of our Wi-Fi as well as the ability to watch your favorite movies via Netflix adds to our amenities and provides new possibilities for our dear guests.

The country retreat has all the amenities required to make you feel at home.

The villa is delivered fully arranged and cleaned using all necessary disinfection measures. Towels and bed linen are available as well as selected bath amenities for everyday personal use.

The cleaning is carried out by our trained and permanent staff, while materials and cleaning items prescribed by the health protocols of the state are used.

The pool is chlorinated at regularly scheduled intervals and you are informed about intermediate protection during the said procedures.

All surfaces and items as well as the kitchen are cleaned and disinfected between guests to ensure your safe stay.

Do not allow children to play unaccompanied in the pool or any area. The property is not responsible for any event due to lack of supervision.
